Basra (IraqiNews.com) The Head of the National Unity bloc, Abdul Allah Kadhim, was assassinated to the north of Basra province.Security source told IraqiNews.com ”Unidentified gunmen opened fire targeting the Head of the National Unity bloc, killing him immediately, in front of his house to the north of Basra.””The gunmen managed to flee after the attack while the police transported the dead body to the morgue,” the source added.The victim occupied the post as the official spokesperson of the sentenced to death Vice-Precedent, Tariq al-Hashimi, but he give up his post and formed another political bloc. \END\
