The Court of Appeal of Basra agreed to deduct 1% of the money collected from border crossings.
The provincial governor of Basra, Faleh al-Khazali told the "Journal News" on Thursday, that "those funds deducted was suspended because of a judicial order, which was at the disposal of the local government."
