    Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday signed a decree imposing a series of sanctions on North Korea in accordance with UN Security Council Resolution 2321. 
    According to the document published on the Official Information Portal, President Putin signed a decree on the implementation of United Nations Security Council resolutions on the imposition of a number of restrictions on North Korea, including the suspension of scientific-technical cooperation between the two countries. Moscow and Pyongyang.
    "Scientific and technical cooperation with individuals or groups representing the Democratic People's Republic of Korea should be suspended," the decree said.
