    The Iraqi Association for Human Rights in the United States of America on Tuesday pointed out that the Iraqi forces committed widespread violations against civilians in the disputed areas, including "humiliating" citizens on the basis of identity.
    "It is following with great concern the recent events in the country, which have been launched since the Iraqi army entered and the popular crowd has entered the cities of Kirkuk, Khankin, Tuzhermato and Walton Kubri," the association said in a report to the news agency.
    "The violations committed by elements of the government forces against civilians and for national, ethnic, sectarian or racial reasons, as described below:
    - Carrying out provocative acts.
    - Extortion, beating, insulting and insulting civilians on the basis of identity.
    - The theft and burning of houses and shops belonging to citizens, and the bombing of houses of officials and parties in Tuzhurmato.
    - The seizure of the headquarters of the parties in Kirkuk, Sinjar, Walton Kubri and Tuzkharmato.
    - Two members of the Kurdish security forces were killed by gunmen who stormed their house in the village of Ali Beek in the city of Khanaqin on 23 October 2017.
    - On 20 / October / 2017, the theft of a group of cars from Faris al - Hamdani exhibition in the exhibition area in Kirkuk.  
    - Attack on the headquarters of the Kurdistan Communist Party in Tuzhermatu.
    - On 19 / October / 2017, the attack on the Turkmen Front building in the hand Walton Bridge.
    - On 19 / October / 2017, security forces fired bullets at Almtdahiran in the city of Khanaqin , and the martyrdom of the citizen , "Mohammad Nouri Karam" and wounding six others.
    - Clashes between the army and citizens in the area of ​​Shorja city of Kirkuk, resulting in the deaths and injuries between the parties, on 19 October 2017.
    - Brigadier General Yassin Mohammed Ali was killed inside the city of Kirkuk on 19 October 2017.
    - Closing liquor stores for the children of minorities in the areas of "diamonds - green - exhibitions - Ahmed Agha."
    - As a result of the military actions, 150 thousand citizens were forcibly displaced from them (97) thousand to the province of Arbil, and (53) thousand to the cities of the province of Sulaymaniyah.
    - The storming of one of the organizational committees of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan by the security forces in the district of the military district of Tuzurkumato district and the seizure.

    • Open the headquarters of the factions belonging to the popular crowd in the disputed areas.



    The Assembly warned of "the gravity of the current situation and the government to speed up the end of all violations, and the immediate cessation of military operations, and to strive hard to non-payment of the Iraqi society to the sectarian conflict of the Shiite Kurdish, where our sources refer to cases of harassment and provocations against the Kurds and the elephants in the capital Baghdad" .
    It also condemned "all violations against citizens, which are against international agreements that call for the preservation of civilian lives and property during military operations. The government must bring the perpetrators of violations and crimes to justice, and also assist the displaced and provide all logistical matters for their return to their areas."
    The Assembly commended "the UN report of 19/10/2017, which confirmed the occurrence of inhumane practices."
    It called for "pressure on all sides to protect unarmed civilians, end tensions and resolve disputes peacefully through direct dialogue and avoid bloodshed."
    The Assembly also called upon the Iraqi Interior Minister to prosecute those who committed violations and to cause displacement in those areas and to hold them accountable according to the law.
