    [ltr]Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi left Wednesday for Baghdad, starting a regional tour involving Turkey and Iran.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi left Baghdad this morning for Turkey as part of a regional tour that includes Turkey and Iran, accompanied by a delegation including interior ministers, oil, planning, electricity, national security adviser and other officials," the media office said. .[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Abadi will discuss during his regional tour with officials of the two neighboring countries ways to develop bilateral relations and enhance cooperation in the political, security, economic and trade fields," the office added.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out that "Abadi will present the project of Iraq's vision for the future of the region and its new direction in the post-victory phase to promote and preserve the unity of Iraq and its national sovereignty over all its lands, which he announced before his last tour which included Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan."[/ltr]
