[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]BAGHDAD, Iraq, Nov. 2 (UPI) - Advanced applicants at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research discussed the development of a comprehensive examination mechanism for doctoral students.
"The advanced owners of the ministry held a meeting under the chairmanship of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Abdul Razzaq al-Issa, to study a set of scientific data that establish the quality features in higher education," ministry spokesman Dr. Haider al-Aboudi said in a statement.
Aboudi added that "the development of the mechanism for the implementation of the comprehensive exam for doctoral students was discussed within a new philosophy so that the time is shortened and the intensification of the exam subjects towards the strict specialization of the doctoral student project."
