Parliamentary movement to ban Barzani party

The coalition of state law (the largest bloc in the Iraqi parliament), on Thursday, that the parliament is moving to ban the Kurdistan Democratic Party led by President of the Kurdistan region (renegade) Massoud Barzani, threatening the national security of the country and accommodation wanted for the judiciary.
The MP for the coalition, "Mohamed Chihod" for the «Journal News»,: "There is a parliamentary movement in the Iraqi Council of Representatives to ban the Kurdistan Democratic Party, headed by Massoud Barzani and considered as the Baath Party."
He pointed out that "Barzani and members of his party and members of parliament affiliated with him are complicit with terrorism and his fans," pointing out that "the leaders of the Da'ash made Arbil a safe haven for them."
"The Barzani party has caused the country's economy to deteriorate and to expose Iraq to the danger of partition," he said.
"After the end of the 40th visit, the parliament will work with full force to ban Barzani's party," he said.
