    [ltr]The Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani has received a written message from the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, inviting him to attend the upcoming Gulf Summit in Kuwait.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Qatar's ambassador to Doha, Hafiz Mohammed Al-Ajmi, said that the invitation to participate in the 38th session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will be held in Kuwait on December 5 and 6, On the start of Kuwait to send invitations to the summit of the Gulf in the expected date, and in its place scheduled.[/ltr]
