The head of Lebanon's parliamentary affairs and energy committee Mohamed Kabbani said on Friday that the decision taken at a meeting of the Council of Ministers to impose the maritime blocks 4 and 9 and to grant licenses to explore oil and gas off the coast of Lebanon for three companies are Novatik Russian and Italian Eni, Total "French is very important, because it represents a first step towards entering Lebanon to the forum of oil and gas producing countries.
