Lebanese Army Commander General Joseph Aoun Fuji said that his country is capable of facing military threats.
Fuji said Saturday that "security stability in the country is better than ever, by defeating terrorist organizations from the eastern border, and the daily achievements of the army in the dismantling of terrorist cells and the arrest of those previously involved in acts of terrorism targeting the army and citizens" .
He stressed that "there is no room for disruption of security after today, the army has the full readiness and the ability to face any external or internal threats."
The military commander commended the military for "their efforts and sacrifices to protect the border and prevent infiltration and smuggling through them and to protect the conditions of citizens."
