Parliament votes to reject the law of infrastructure
State law requires the ministers concerned in the law revealed in detail for their achievements in the disbursement of the financial budget and the implementation of projects, while the Iraqi List, considered that the law violates the Iraqi constitution
Baghdad / Mesalla: the voice of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Monday, to reject the law of infrastructure during its 29 headed by Osama Najafi, who said that the law is ready to vote and reassurances on it exist.
The source said a parliamentary early for "obelisk" "The House of Representatives voted today in its usual refusal to law infrastructure Alamari," noting that "a number of MPs said that the law violates the constitution."
He called for a coalition of state law, Sadiq al-Rikabi in an intervention parliamentary , House of Representatives not to vote on the law infrastructure in its current form, while a student ministers concerned in the law to submit revealed detailed realizations in the disbursement of the financial budget and project implementation .
Meanwhile, counting MP for the coalition, the Iraqi Adnan al-Janabi law infrastructure contrary to the Constitution, noting that the Iraqi List, does not see the proposed amendments to the bill not included in the proposals for the reimbursement of the loan.
