Speaker of the House of Representatives, Salim Jubouri, stressed the need to start an open dialogue with neighboring countries and Arab countries to resolve all differences and to strengthen relations.
"The time has come to start an open dialogue with the regional neighbors on the basis of common interests and historical and cultural ties, without compromising any of them," Jubouri said at the fifth scientific conference held at the University of Kufa.
