MP of the coalition of state law, Kamal al-Zaidi, on Monday, the Iraqi government has not yet agreed to a request by Turkey on the operation, "olive branch 2" in Iraq to pursue elements of the PKK, ruling out Baghdad's approval to carry out such a process.
"The Iraqi government has not yet agreed to the request made by Turkey on a military operation to prosecute elements of the PKK in Iraq," said Zaidi in a statement to the "Information" that "the unilateral action by Turkey is a violation of sovereignty, Order refused ".
"It is unlikely that the Iraqi government will agree to this request because it does not want to turn Iraq into a yard to settle accounts," Zaidi said, adding that "Iraq supports the rights of peoples and respects the opposition and wants to resolve their problems internally."
