[ltr]Army Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Othman al-Ghamni called on the military references in the Ministry of Defense to adopt the schedule described in the document on the return of fugitives and their contracts.[/ltr]
[ltr]The document shows that "al-Ghanmi called for the introduction of the four-name, rank, class, reasons for annulment and promise of escape times."[/ltr]
[ltr]The House of Representatives voted on 3 March 2018 on a new article in the budget law, including the government's request to allocate functional grades for the renewal of their contracts from the Ministries of Defense and Interior in accordance with instructions issued by the Council of Ministers.[/ltr]
