    AAMER BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Baghdad has distributed three thousand special instruments for victims of terrorism, worth four billion dinars, confirming the existence of four thousand and 500 other treatment of material and human compensation is still under way. 
    The Assistant Governor of Baghdad for Economic Affairs, Shandi Al-Fartousi, said in a statement to the "Sabah" that the governorate has given the file of compensation for victims of terrorism No. 20 of 2009 a great interest because it belongs to the rights of a very important segment of the martyrs and those affected by the terrorism that hit the country and the accumulations that accompanied That file,
    As a result of the increase in the number of victims, especially that the capital Baghdad has the privacy of the rest of the country's provinces that area. He added that the province of Baghdad, despite the challenges faced, has succeeded in compensating compensation resulting from the material and human losses of the law enforcers, stressing that the amount of compensation for each receivable amounted to three million and 750 thousand dinars and in the form of payments, pointing to the province's recent disbursement of a new batch of compensation Material for victims of terrorism, including 3,000 instruments and a total value of four billion  
    dinars. Al-Fartousi pointed out that the remaining of the material transactions, which are 1500, are currently undergoing the process of obtaining the necessary approvals for their disbursement, revealing the existence of three thousand treatment for victims of terrorism, martyrs and wounded, which will be completed soon to spend the amounts allocated to them by the Ministry 
    Finance. He noted that the Central Committee on Compensation has taken several measures to preserve the pension rights of beneficiaries, as the amounts of compensation granted in the above to the beneficiaries, and then be sent to the Department of Retirement in order to promote their treatment of  
    pensions. The assistant governor of Baghdad for economic affairs said that recently, because of the austerity that led to the delay in the disbursement of financial grants to eligible, the Committee decided that the treatment and take a final decision to compensate by the central judicial committees, are shortened the time taken by the process of inclusion in retirement, Is experiencing considerable momentum and sometimes delaying transactions, attributing to a shortage of documents and some routine procedures.[/rtl]
