Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Tuesday attacked the doctrine of waiting and preaching to Imam al-Mahdi al-Muttawi, who was unanimously agreed by Muslims, claiming that the ideology was based on "extremist ideology" that contradicted the principles of the United Nations.
"The Shiites are trying to spread their extremist ideology, which they think if they publish it, the imam will come back again and rule the whole world and spread Islam to America," Bin Salman said in an interview with The Atlantic magazine.
"This is in their laws and they prove it through their own actions," he said, claiming that "these ideas are completely contrary to the principles of the United Nations because God and Islam do not demand us to promote," he said.
This is the second time that Bin Salman has attacked the doctrine of waiting and preparing for the Imam Mahdi, the future that Muslims believe in their various sects, especially the Twelfth Ja'afari Shiites. Ending / 25
