[rtl]"The Iraqi constitution and the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives have identified the winner of the oldest parliamentary elections who will be the first president of the new parliament," experts said on Sunday.[/rtl]
[rtl]"The winner of the election for the democratic civil coalition, Mohamed Ali Zinni, 79, will be the speaker of the House of Representatives at the session of the election of the president and his deputies, as the largest winner," the experts said in an exclusive interview.[/rtl]
[rtl]"After the announcement of the final results of the elections, the winning candidate Zinni, will be constitutionally the President of the Parliament in the session of the selection of the President of the Council and his deputies, according to Article (54), which states that" invites the President of the Republic Council of Representatives to convene by a presidential decree, within fifteen days of Date of ratification of the results of the general elections.
