    The political analyst Hafiz al-Bishara, on Sunday, that the dual nationals of political figures involved in the work of government and America are the real accused of destroying the infrastructure of the country and its destruction, among the strikes of the International Coalition against the Daash in the western areas targeted power stations and hospitals and a number of service departments aimed at acquisition US investment companies on the reconstruction program in Iraq.
    Al-Bishara said in a statement that "the survival of dual nationals in the sovereign positions of the country during the next government will open the door to the spread of corruption and stand a stone in the face of reconstruction and services," pointing out that "strikes by the international coalition against the terrorist in the West targeted stations Electricity and hospitals and a number of services departments deliberately for economic purposes and open the doors to the entry of investment companies in those areas.
    "The next government will be obliged to deport dual nationals from important government positions to curb foreign conspiracies that plan to stop the wheel of development and hit the infrastructure of the country," he said. .
    He added that "the Iraqi constitution provided for the non-eligibility of ministers or those holding an important position in the state to have a nationality other than Iraqi nationality." He explained that "previous governments violated the Constitution not to apply the law against dual nationals who are tools to achieve American goals within the country."
    The central government has passed a draft law obliging officials to relinquish their nationalities acquired in 2009 to the State Consultative Council, but this draft has not yet been passed.
    Article 3 of the draft law also stipulates that the said groups make a written undertaking to the Ministry of the Interior declaring that they have not acquired another nationality or renounced any acquired nationality other than Iraqi nationality and bear the legal consequences in case of proven violation of the provisions of the law.
