Abadi calls for sending the dual nationality law to parliament

A member of the parliamentary legal committee Alia Nassif on Saturday called on Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to send a dual nationality law to the House of Representatives in the framework of his war against corruption, considering dual nationality as "a door of corruption."
Naseef said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that she demanded "Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, who raises the slogan of combating corruption, to send the dual nationality law to the House of Representatives because dual nationality is considered a door of corruption.
Nassif added that "the next war of Abadi against the Safad should include all files until the current year 2017," indicating that "this year saw the submission of files and send files of corruption to the judiciary and the Commission on Integrity."
The Federal Supreme Court responded in October, a lawsuit filed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri against Prime Minister Haider Abadi on the law of dual nationality. Ending / 25
