The Secretary-General of the Movement of Asaib Ahl al-Haq Sheikh Qais al-Khazali on Thursday, to change the political system from parliamentary to presidential or semi-presidential to end the quotas and corruption.
"There is no real solution with a parliamentary system that governs the country by quotas," al-Khazali wrote in a tweet on his official Twitter website. He called on everyone to "cooperate in changing the regime to a presidential or semi-presidential system.
