    Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said that "there will be no compromises with Kurds on Kirkuk in return for joining the four-party alliance to form the largest bloc." 
    "There is no discussion of the issue of Kirkuk with the Kurds in return for joining the four-party alliance to form the largest bloc," Abadi said in response to a question during a meeting with the deputies of the victory coalition and a group of political analysts. 
    The Iraqi Prime Minister that he "told the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani, the possibility of opening a discussion on the file of Kirkuk." 
    He pointed out that "alliances must be conducted between the political parties as partners without making concessions."
    It is noteworthy that the talk recently about a deal with the Kurds to allow the Peshmerga to return to Kirkuk and restore the situation before the events of October 16, 2017, in return for joining the Kurds to the alliance of the largest bloc, which seeks to achieve two axes, one includes "the coalition of the rule of law and the alliance of conquest," and the second includes All of them are "ascetic, triumphant, wise, and patriotic."
