    Information / Baghdad ..
Deputy Secretary-General of the Al-Najba movement, Nasr Al-Shammari, threatened that the sanctions the US administration intends to impose on the two movements of the right-wing and noble parties may open the way for an open war against the interests of Washington. He pointed out that the sanctions came after Washington failed to provoke sedition in Basra.
"US sanctions may open the way for an open war against US interests in Iraq," al-Shammari said in televised remarks. "America has great interests in Iraq and could target."
Al-Shammari added that "there is no surprise if the US embassy and the interests of Washington in Iraq were targeted," adding that "US sanctions come in the wake of its failure to provoke sedition in Basra."
On the presence of fighters in Syria, al-Shammari said that "our presence in Syria is formal and legal and with the approval of the Damascus government." Ending / 25
