    The head of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halboussi, on Thursday, submitted a waiver to the Federal Court on pension rights.
    Al-Halboussi announced from the House of Representatives to submit the waiver of the Council before the Federal Court on the paragraph on pension rights in the law of the House of Representatives, stressing that the deputy case of any other employee when referred to retirement, subject to the law of public retirement.
    Halaboussi noted the existence of (111) draft law has not been initiated so far, was returned to the government to express its opinion of the laws and priorities, which are consistent with the ministerial platform.
