[size=18]BAGHDAD - The Secretary-General of the Iraqi National Congress Party, MP Aras Habib Karim, said on Saturday that the phenomenon of the leadership of the state by proxy over the past years has been one of the serious mistakes that everyone has colluded with.
Karim said in a statement received by Alsumaria News a copy of it, "The phenomenon of the leadership of the state proxy over the past years was a serious mistake that colluded everyone to walk," noting that "Parliament committed himself to end this phenomenon by the end of June."
