A deputy calls on parliament to correct errors in the election and commission laws and then dissolves himself immediately

Representative [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/3039/%D9%87%D9%88%D8%B4%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%B1 %D8%B9%D8%A8%D8%AF%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%84%D9%87][size=13]Hoshyar Abdullah[/url] stressed that not voting on the mechanism for distributing electoral districts is a legal breach and a major scandal for Parliament, indicating that Parliament should correct errors in the election and commission laws and then dissolve itself immediately.
He said in a statement today that the House of Representatives has enacted the election laws and the High Commission in implementation of part of the demands of the demonstrators who took to the streets on the first of October of last year, and in both laws the parliament has not succeeded and its work has not been properly accomplished that meets the demands of the demonstrators, we have [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/3100/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%AA]legislated the election law[/url] But we still do not know how to distribute the electoral districts. "
He added that: "If this serious aspect that the speaker of parliament referred to the Legal Committee and the Presidency is neglected, it will be the largest legislative scandal in the history of the Iraqi state, because it is not reasonable that the mechanism for distributing electoral districts does not pass through the House of Representatives and is approved without the approval of the Council, as well as (Bid'ah) Approval by the Legal Committee and the Presidency of the Council will be the beginning of future legislative catastrophes, knowing that the tables in all laws are an integral part of the law and not voting on the schedule of how electoral districts are distributed the largest legal violation and legislative scandal in the history of the Iraqi state.
He explained: "The current parliament is only responsible for correcting these two laws. After that, this parliament must be dissolved and its role ends permanently, provided that they legislate them correctly and not in their current form, especially with regard to the distribution of electoral districts and reconsider the counting and electronic counting and winning the highest votes."
