House of Representatives has postponed its Sunday to next Tuesday.
According to a parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where] that "the House of Representatives for its meeting to next Tuesday due to lack of legal Nasabh completeness of its members."
It was scheduled to hold a House of Representatives today for its regular vote and read a number of laws, notably the second reading of the budget bill.
