Deputy Muthanna: Muthanna needs 200 schools and finance is responsible for the delay of its budget

The deputy governor of Muthanna province Ashwaq Karim said on Wednesday that the budget of the province, although approved but not acted by the Ministry of Finance, pointing out that Muthanna needs 200 schools and allocated funds to build some of them, but it is today the Ministry of Finance, Delay construction.
Karim said in a statement to Al-Mawloma that "Al-Muthanna province needs 200 schools in all its regions, in addition to existing schools, especially as the number of students is increasing."
