The deputy of the province of Basra, Awn Abadi, on Thursday, the lack of a valid database in the provinces, indicating that the population of Basra 4 million and the services provided to them of 2.5 million people.
"The population of the province is 4 million, while the services provided to the province of Basra belong to 2.5 million people," Abbadi told a news conference attended by "Kilgamesh Press" that "the database inside the province of Basra and the Iraqi provinces is incorrect."
Abadi said that "medical, health, municipal services, agriculture, electricity, education, water, roads, bridges and other services are not commensurate with the increasing population in Basra."
MP called the Ministry of Planning to "conduct my life and a population census in order to be the strategic projects for the province of Basra and improve the service reality."
