The Alliance of Iraqi forces, on Sunday, that the Federal Court is living a constitutional vacuum, while noting that the legislation of its law will allow the replacement of members or add new members of the Court.
The MP for the Alliance, Yahya Mohammadi, "The Federal Court is now living a constitutional vacuum and there is no legal article regulating its work to replace members or add members," pointing out that "the Legal Committee is working in agreement with the Presidency of Parliament and parliamentary blocs and heads of blocs to enact the law of the Court Federal, first reading and his second reading, which will allow replacement and addition of members. "
He continued: "We are going to it because it is very important and represents one of the pillars of power in Iraq, the Federal Court," adding: "Generally the members of the Federal Court are older, and according to information that they do not even come to their constituencies and do their work regularly, and we are with the speed of legislation Which ensures the organization and smoothness and take a role in the Federal Court. "
