    The parliamentary legal committee confirmed on Sunday, the introduction of the Federal Court's law for reading and voting the beginning of the second legislative term of the House of Representatives, pointing out that the reading that took place on the law in the previous sessions will be canceled and returned again. 
    A member of the Committee Hussein al-Aqabi said in a statement to the information that "the Federal Court Law needs to be redeveloped and read and take into account the 14-year-old times the democratic process in Iraq," pointing out that "the House of Representatives will work to correct the course of the law of the importance of the large Political process ". 
    He added that "the current session is not concerned with the readings conducted on the law during the previous sessions of the House of Representatives," noting that "the current session will go towards the first reading and second and vote on the law."
    "All the issues of the law will be subject to discussion because he was not familiar with all the rationales because of his legislation in the interim government in 2004 and the existence of constitutional vacuum." 
    He pointed out that "the previous amendments to the Federal Court Act will be considered and benefit from during the current session, as well as the presentation of all paragraphs of the law to the public opinion to take advantage of the remarks raised by the public," explaining that "the law will be included in the agenda of the first meetings of the House of Representatives During the second legislative term. "
    The government and the parliament had agreed earlier on the legislation of fifteen laws suspended since the previous session in the coming months until the completion and scrutiny of dozens of laws by the Council of Ministers commensurate with the government program, where the government list sent to parliament draft laws have been disabled since several previous parliamentary sessions The most important of which are traffic laws, cybercrime, financial management, amendment of the Military Service and Retirement Act, and the Federal Court. End 25 T
