The law will not allow the parliament to bring a former minister and question him about files relating to his tenure of power, said the representative of the will of the parliamentary will, Hussein Said Arab, on Thursday, pointing out that the parliament will hand over the files he has on corrupt personalities to the Integrity Commission and the Anti-Corruption Council to do their part.
Arabs said in a statement to the information, that "there is an update of the files and what happened four years ago, but it is not permissible for the House of Representatives to bring a former minister to question him in parliament, for what happened during his tenure in power."
He added that "the House of Representatives will work to hand over the files related to the corrupt figures to the Integrity Commission and the Anti-Corruption and other regulatory bodies, which in turn will carry out its duty towards any corrupt figure."
And that "the House of Representatives can question the directors general, on the files owned by them and then send those files to the Commission on Integrity to do its part towards the file referred to it." Finished 25 N
