    The Secretary-General of the National Approach Bloc MP Abdul Hussein al-Moussawi, Sunday, that not a small number of members of the House of Representatives with the adoption of the highest percentage of votes, not 50%.
    Al-Moussawi said in a statement to the information, that "not a few with the adoption of a paragraph within the election law of the Council of Representatives rely on the highest votes for the winner in the overall law and not 50%", indicating that "this paragraph is still facing and the record and objection among members of the House of Representatives" .
    He added, "The inclusion of this paragraph will give way for new faces of young people to rise to the ladder of the House of Representatives away from the influence and dominance of political parties."
    It is noteworthy that all previous parliamentary elections were categorically dependent on the relative system, which was preventing the rise of competencies and elites to the House of Representatives.
