    [size=45]The Council of Ministers held its regular session, Tuesday, 24th, headed by Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, and issued a number of decisions.
    [size=45]The Cabinet agreed to calculate the unauthorized certificate presented to the administration before the issuance of this decision, provided that the jurisdiction and the need exist when appointing, and the senior management has the discretionary authority for the above.[/size]
    [size=45]The Council decided to approve what was stated in the decision of the Supreme Committee for Relief and Shelters for Families Displaced by Terrorist Operations No. (816) for the year 2019, according to the following:[/size]
    [size=45]1 - Amending the name of the Supreme Committee for Relief and Shelters for Families Displaced by Terrorist Operations, to become (the Higher Committee for Relief and Support for the Displaced).[/size]
    [size=45]2 - The tasks and functions of the committee shall be above, supporting, assisting and following up the displaced in the event of an emergency, and re-establishing them and reintegrating them upon return.[/size]
    [size=45]3- Adding a representative of the Ministry of Electricity to the committee for the purpose of participating in its meetings.[/size]
    [size=45]The Council agreed on the following:[/size]
    [size=45]1 - Empowering the Minister of Finance to not spend some of the amounts specified in previous cabinet decisions to allocate the emergency reserve for the purpose of securing the amount mentioned in paragraph (2).[/size]
    [size=45]2 - The Ministry of Finance insures an amount of (11750000) dollars, only eleven million seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars, equivalent to (13888500000) dinars, only thirteen billion and eight hundred and eighty-eight million five hundred thousand dinars to the Ministry of Interior for the purpose of contracting for the purchase of five million cards National raw from the reserves reserves reserved, according to the provisions of Article (5) of the Federal General Budget Law for the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year / 2019.[/size]
    [size=45]The Council of Ministers also agreed to increase the financial allocations of the Al-Zawra and Al-Mina clubs by an amount of one billion Iraqi dinars each for the years 2019 - 2020 from the profitable company’s affiliates, provided that the state budget does not bear any costs while urging the Ministry of Youth and Sports to accelerate the preparation of the sports clubs project.[/size]
    [size=45]And it was approved to accept the grant from South Korea's Boyong Co., Ltd. to the Ministry of Education.[/size]
