The Parliamentary Finance Committee announced that the federal civil service law will lead to a reconsideration of the salary scale for employees in state departments.
And the member of the committee, Majida Al-Tamimi, stated that “the civil service law will lead to a reconsideration of the scale of salaries for employees of departments of the entire country.”
She noted, "The vote on the law will be within the sessions of the next legislative term, until the legal formulas are matured by the relevant committees."
She added that "the law includes 100 items in total, it does not affect the employees' salaries, but would have financial implications of requiring revision of the peace salaries", stating that "the legal committees and human rights, financial and parliamentary submitted formal requests to the presidency of parliament for the withdrawal of the Civil Service Act and the Federal to wait his offer to a vote until Rechecking and guaranteeing employee rights without prejudice to them. ”Ended 29 / A 43
