The Parliamentary Finance Committee announced the filing of a lawsuit in the Federal Court against the Minister of Finance and the Iraqi Oil Export Company (SOMO) due to the presence of fraud with the funds of the oil export revenues.
Member of the Committee, MP Thamer Diban, addressed formal communications to the Integrity Commission, the Financial Supervision Bureau, the Supreme Council for Combating Corruption and the Ministry of Finance, after the formal legal case was submitted to the Federal Court
