The Council of Ministers issues decisions regarding the return of Iraqis who are in Iran

The commission said in a statement that "the cabinet formed the numbered committee (64) headed by the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Hamid Al-Ghazzi, to take appropriate decisions regarding a mechanism for introducing [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] returning from abroad after subjecting them to preventive measures as well as clarifying the mechanism of commercial exchange."
He explained, "The meeting of the committee concluded with a set of decisions that included allowing Iraqis residing in Iran to return to Iraq until 3/15/2020 as a deadline for their return, and after this date they will be received at the airports of Baghdad and Basra airports, where it will allow receiving [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] arrivals exclusively and arriving from Iran".
He continued, "It was also agreed to stop the trade exchange between Iraq and the two neighbors, Iran and Kuwait, from the date (8 until 3/15/2020). This closure comes in order to give an opportunity to the Ministry of Health to reorganize it and create its preventive logistical requirements in addition to that there were popular demands embodied Official books from the governorates (Maysan, Basra, Diyala, and Wasit) demanding that the ports be closed to limit the spread of this new epidemic.
