Parliamentary preparations to target oil installations at this time are planned to strike the Iraqi economy

Member of the Parliamentary Energy and Oil Committee Zahra Al-Bajari confirmed that the attack on oil installations at this critical time is a plan to strike the Iraqi economy and create a state of chaos, weakness and loss of confidence for the Iraqi state’s entity and economy.
Al-Bujari said in a statement: We have followed with great concern the news that spoke about the sabotage group targeting one of the companies operating in the Al-Burjisiya area in Basra, and while we condemn these criminal and sabotage acts that cause severe damage to the Iraqi economy, we call on the security services and the competent authorities to take all necessary measures and procedures To protect operating companies and provide a safe environment for the development of this important sector.
She added that the oil companies, with their various actions, constitute an important obstacle to building the Iraqi economy, and we at this difficult time need to build confidence in the Iraqi economy and support the state. The attack
was repeated, and the security media cell announced yesterday that three Katyusha rockets had landed near an oil company site in Basra.
