Iraqi source close to the Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, said on Tuesday that the "stage" and "prosperity", who are affiliated with the latter, "will not enter the elections."
Russia today quoted a source close to Al-Kazemi as saying that the "stage" and "prosperity" parties affiliated with the prime minister will not enter the elections, indicating that "the decision was recently taken not to contest the next elections, especially since they are managed by close associates." From Al-Kazemi and affiliated with his political team.
He added, "The two currents will continue their political work by supporting independent candidates, and are considering running for the upcoming elections."
He pointed out that "the decision was taken due to previous political requirements that brought Al-Kazemi to the presidency of the government and his obligations with the political blocs."
Yesterday, a source close to Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi revealed to RT, that "the latter decided not to contest the upcoming elections." Ended 6/29
