After a hiatus of years, Babel tires are back in production with "international specifications"

{Economic: Al Furat News} The General Company for Rubber and Tire Industries, affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, announced the initial operation of the production lines at the Babylon Tire Factory, after a hiatus that lasted for many years.
A statement by the ministry, Al Furat News Agency, received a copy of it from the company’s general manager, Haider Nasser Daher, “about starting to operate the factory and completing the necessary preparations for the production of tires,” stressing “the company’s determination to invest the capabilities and energies available to it and improve its reality.”
He pointed out, "The company has marketed the Babel brand tires to the General Company for Electricity Distribution of Rusafa with sixty tires and a size (185/65/14)," noting that "Babylon tires are of the radial type and are subject in all stages of their production to the examinations of the Central Organization for Standardization and quality control and the specifications of Dunlop Company, England.
And he indicated that "the tires are guaranteed for a period of three months from the date of sale and are suitable for use in all roads and in various weather and climatic conditions and high speeds, and withstand high and low temperatures and have high endurance energy, and are subject to external and internal checks that have proven their superiority over foreign tires, expressing readiness for immediate processing and the state's citizens. Sales outlets in Diwaniyah and Najaf at competitive prices.
