{Local: Al Furat News} The Directorate of Residence Affairs announced, on Thursday, the deportation of 296 foreigners outside the country for violating the conditions of residence in Baghdad.
According to a statement by the Directorate, {Al-Furat News} received a copy of it, “The staff of the Directorate of Residence Affairs in Baghdad has deported and deported (296) people of different nationalities outside Iraqi territory for violating the terms of the Iraqi Foreigners’ Residence Law No. 76 of 2017 for the period from (12/1/2021) to 12/8/2021).
The directorate noted that "its efforts are continuing to prosecute foreigners who violate the law, while calling on citizens not to harbor foreigners who violate the law and to immediately report their whereabouts."
