, "Kan" channel reported that the Israeli army will conduct large-scale exercises over the Mediterranean Sea next spring with dozens of aircraft simulating a strike against the Iranian nuclear program.
According to the Israeli channel report, these exercises will be one of the largest exercises ever conducted by the Israeli Air Force, in which dozens of aircraft will participate, including F-15, F-35 and F-16 fighters, Gulfstream G550 spy planes and refueling aircraft.
He explained that the planes will conduct the exercises at long distances over the Mediterranean Sea to simulate the distance (more than 1,000 kilometers) that will be needed to strike against Iran's nuclear facilities, noting that the exercise is scheduled to take place within about six months.
This report comes at a time when Israeli officials have escalated their rhetoric against Iran, including threatening to take unilateral action against Tehran.
