    The Governor of Dhi Qar, Muhammad Hadi Al-Ghazi, affirmed today, Tuesday, his keenness to guarantee the rights of lecturers and administrators, while he addressed the Ministry of Education and Finance in order to renew their contracts.
    Al-Ghazi said during his meeting with a number of lecturers and administrators, demonstrating in front of the Education Directorate building, according to a statement received by the "National News Center", that "the local government is keen to guarantee the rights of lecturers and administrators by sending official correspondences to the relevant ministries."
    According to a document issued by the governor’s office, “Al-Ghazi addressed the Ministries of Education and Finance, to extend the work of lecturers and administrators, who are contractors with the Ministry of Education, until the approval of the federal budget for 2022, and also demanded that the necessary financial allocation be provided for the purpose of transferring their contracts in accordance with Resolution 315.”
