{Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Education addressed the Ministry of Finance regarding the contracting of lecturers.
[size=15][rtl][size=21]The Minister of Education, Suha Khalil Al-Ali Bey, confirmed in Payne to the Ministry, "Al-Furat News Agency" received a copy of it, "her constant desire to guarantee the rights of free lecturers, indicating the pursuit and continuous communication in order to convert them into contracts by addressing the Ministry of Finance / Budget Department," to study the possibility of contracting. With the lecturers as per Cabinet Resolution No. 315 of 2019, informing the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Ali Bey explained, "The Ministry sent a letter to the Ministry of Finance that includes the names and salaries of the lecturers about referring the books of the General Directorates of Education in the governorates of (Nineveh, Salah al-Din, Anbar, and Kirkuk), which are still linked to the Ministry's office for the purpose of providing financial allocations within the budget for the year 2020."[/rtl]
