Al-Obaidi said, in a post on his Facebook page, which was seen by / the information /, that “the non-oil revenues of the Iraqi state rose until November 2021 to reach 12 trillion Iraqi dinars, an increase of 88% compared to 2020 and 66% compared to 2019.”
He added, "The highest growth rate in non-oil revenues in transfer revenues reaches 5 trillion Iraqi dinars, after it was 391 billion Iraqi dinars in 2020 and only 885 billion Iraqi dinars in 2019".
He pointed out that "it is not clear the reasons that led to this rise in transfer revenues."
