    The positions of a number of political forces and independent deputies, whose number will probably reach approximately 140, also cast a shadow on the political scene, especially since they were not clear in their position, whether from the coordination framework or from the tripartite alliance, in addition to the lack of clarity in the latter’s vision at the beginning of its formation However, the goals become clear after the goal is clear, from the discussions and committees that are formed between the framework and the current, which was in fact aimed at breaking the will of the framework, while the political forces within the framework left the door open to any upcoming understanding with the Sadrist movement or the coalition Triple in general.
    There is a clear difference in the positions and messages launched by the tripartite alliance, which led to the breaking of the legal quorum again by the coordination framework in Wednesday's session, and this is something that encouraged and pushes others to understand with the framework, and encourages the start of dialogue and understanding and makes it closer to reality, than walking alone. Unity, which means that sitting down to dialogue and understanding about the partnership mechanism has become the closest to the political scene, in general, with the Shiite forces, estimated at about 187 deputies, remaining in the form of large and small independent blocs.
    Conflict and disagreement may make it difficult to form a government, especially with the path drawn up by the Constitution and the Federal Court, which tends to form the government in a consensual manner, according to political balances in the main, but it may be possible to form a consensual government, if we guarantee its existence along the lines of what It got from understandings, in forming the first government after 2003.
    It is currently unlikely to hold the session to choose the president of the republic, due to the lack of a quorum, and the issue of dissolving parliament is a tool owned by the tripartite alliance, but it is unlikely to be used, due to the lack of guarantee of obtaining similar election results, if we assume that new elections are held.
    Observers see that the political situation has reached the top of the political blockage, and Mr. Al-Sadr may turn to the opposition, especially since he said at the time that he had previously, and clearly informed the forces of the coordination framework, but he is the one who forms the government and takes it towards the political majority he wants, and the other turns towards the opposition And Mr. Al-Sadr may refuse to go to the opposition, and this is what he announced a few days ago, which means that the hypothesis of rapprochement between the two parties has become distant, and that the Federal Court alone will decide the matter.
