The media office of the President of the Republic said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, "On behalf of the President of the Republic, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, his advisor, Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Muhammad, delivered the president's speech at the second annual Erbil Forum conference on (turning points and the future of the Middle East)."
The President of the Republic affirmed that "the concerned political parties are determined to find common ground and build a national consensus, indicating that Iraq is ready to restore its constructive role on the regional and international arenas."
He added, "The formation of the new Iraqi government took some time, but the elections produced fruitful results, as we were able to mobilize support to support the new government to implement its ambitious ministerial program, including reforming and constructing public infrastructure and addressing the housing and unemployment crisis."
The president indicated that "the new Iraq aims to strengthen relations with its neighbors on the basis of mutual respect. It also seeks, through diplomatic means, to address common files related to border security and water flow from upstream countries to secure sufficient shares of water for all parties."

President of the Republic Abdul Latif Rashid affirmed, today, Sunday, during the annual Erbil Forum conference, that Iraq is ready to restore its constructive role on the regional and international arenas.
The media office of the President of the Republic said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, "On behalf of the President of the Republic, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, his advisor, Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Muhammad, delivered the president's speech at the second annual Erbil Forum conference on (turning points and the future of the Middle East)."
