General Manager of the General Company for the Distribution of Petroleum Products in Babylon, Hussein Ali Shamkhi, confirmed on Thursday that the company has gone through its procedures to curb corruption, manipulation and waste of public money.
Shamkhi said in a statement, which was reviewed by "The Information", that "the company is proceeding with its procedures to reduce corruption, manipulation and waste of public money and will not retract its procedural steps or be subject to arm-twisting policies."
He added, "The Ministry of Oil has taken a legal action by deleting the percentage of fumigation in the stations' processing of derivatives, especially since there is a defect in their counters that made them inaccurate in the quantity of citizens' supply." finished/25
