    Abdul Razak added, that "the Iraqi arena is not sterile or restricted to those persons, who took over the majority positions in the state by luck and chance alone, and without a calendar to their performance and their backgrounds," noting that "the broadcast of such lists is unacceptable, because the Prime Minister-designate personal scientific technocratic depend precise criteria in the selection of ministers, it is not possible to accept them. "
