The economic advisor in the Cabinet, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, revealed that the government spent 13 trillion dinars of state funds.
Saleh said, in an audio recording seen by "Progress", today, Tuesday, that "the government pays 13 trillion dinars annually for the salaries of retirees."
Saleh added that "the pension fund contributes to a small part of the pensioners' salaries," calling for "clarification of this matter and the reason for not disbursing salaries from the pension fund."
