Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani affirmed, on Friday, that caring for the martyrs and fulfilling the legal rights of their families is a top priority for the government.
The Office of the Prime Minister stated in a statement, which Mawazine News received a copy of, that "Al-Sudani met with the head of the Martyrs Foundation, Abd al-Ilah al-Naeli, and during the meeting, he renewed his assurances that caring for the martyrs and fulfilling the legal rights of their families is a top priority for the government."
The prime minister added, "Caring for the families of the martyrs is a tribute to the great sacrifices of the martyrs who gave their lives for the unity of Iraq and its people."
Al-Sudani stressed, according to the statement, that the government will continue to activate the laws and instructions in force to fully meet the rights of their families. Ended 29 / H
